Do you require a minimum purchase amount?

We do not require a minimum purchase amount. For B2B customers with VAT numbers, a minimum purchase of 20 items per category is necessary, even in different models, sizes, and colors. However, some items are excluded from the single-item purchase option.

I would like to order online: how long does it take to process an order?

We check item availability within 48 hours from Monday to Friday and will keep you informed.

I need my order delivered, who covers the shipping costs?

For orders over CHF 150.00, shipping within Switzerland is free, though charges may apply for large orders.

My prêt-à-porter store is located outside Switzerland, can I have it delivered?
